I've ordered multiple times from them online and only ever had 1 issue, my acrylic grab bag order sent me double 0's instead of 0's. I emailed them about it on Friday (closed through the weekend), I received an email first thing Monday. They apologized and said they would send out a pair of my choice right away! I told them I would love the same pair just in a 0, the item ended up being back ordered & gave me the option of either waiting or giving 3 different options to send out right away (in case another style was back ordered). Without a doubt some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They responded promptly every time I emailed back. There was absolutely zero headache involved! They sent out my new set right away, I received them within days. I am extremely impressed.

Ordered my plugs November 25 got a email saying when they'll be "shipped", two weeks later they were "shipped" and I never got them in the mail, have been waiting called them multiple times they put you to voicemail, never will call you back nor answer the emails you send, also they will give you the wrong tracking numbers to the wrong system, when asked for a refund they dont do it. They just take you're money and scam you. Don't order from here its a rip off.

I placed an order for three pairs of plugs on the 12th of December and got an email saying they had been shipped on the 15th of December with a tracking number. I've tracked the package and it said arrival date was the 22nd of December and well here it is the 27th of December and I still have not received what I ordered. I have called ups and usps which got me no where as they said I needed to contact the company in whom i purchased with and i've emailed and called countless times with no answer. Needless to say i am getting very frustrated and if this does not get resolved then they will be losing a costumer out of all this.

I had ordered from Body Jewelry Source on July 11th. Only a couple days later I'm told that everything has shipped out. A month in I email to see what's going on. They tell me that sometimes it takes some "extra time" in order to "give me the best quality on the plug". What extra time when it had already shipped? Of course I ask, but they don't answer that question. 6 weeks in and I email again. I mean, they really, really should be here by now. They ask which plugs had not been shipped? Whether it be that they have trouble reading or are looking for a bad rapport with their customers.. I don't know, but for the 4th time now I repeat that none have shipped. More confusion and emails follow until SEPTEMBER 12th where they say that the order has been shipped again (although I have doubts it had ever really shipped) and that I will receive an email with my tracking information. I did not receive that email. I have emailed three times since then without a response. DENISE WHERE ARE MY GAUGES? It has been over 2 months and 12 emails.



Save yourself some trouble and order from Steel Navel or Body Art Forms because they ship and serve their paying customers. Big mistake ordering from Body Jewelry Source. Denise... I want my money back.

HORRIBLE company, will never again order from here! If I could give negative stars I would.

After ordering several gauges from here I got my email confirmation of my order. Yet I received nothing. So I emailed them...was told my package was sent out and received by UPS, and got a tracking number...over a week later, still nothing. Emailed them again and got the same information. On the UPS site, all it said was the information was received. So I call UPS, 20 days later, and to my surprise they tell me they didn't receive a package from Body Jewelry Source in the first place!! So how come they told me my package shipped on the 8th, and yet, here I am, 2 weeks later, with no gauges. So I have emailed them a FOURTH time, demanding either they find my package and get it to me, or I get a damn refund. Money NOT well spent.
