        Great Technician! Horrible Office Staff

        i had a tech out named geno! this guy is the most compitant knowledgeable hvac tech i have ever seen until he recomended Joe to give my family options! These two are the best! you would NOT know it by the office staff! its all good AFTER the tech gets to your house, Jan is a bumbling idiot! just get through the phone call with her and it will be worth the tech

        GREAT HEATING and AC company

        Staley removed a 80 year old boiler and installed a new "boiler" system for the radiator system in my 1928 tudor style home and everything has worked well the past three years. They also installed a new UNICO Air Conditioning system (small 2" tubes in the walls and ceiling) two years and did a wonderful job stalling it into our older home. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of putting A/C in an older home. They twice provided us with great products and workmanship and their service (if needed) is prompt . I have recommended them to two of my neighbors and highly recommend Staley Heating and AC to everyone.

        highway robbery!

        They came out and quoted me almost $800 to replace a gas valve. Said well it's Saturday and we're charging overtime rates. They will try to take advantage of you for repairs. Will never use again.

        Staley Heating installed a new furnace 4 years ago and an air conditioner 2 years ago. Their service is outstanding and prices are competitive. I also purchased a service contract that I am very happy with.
