ASAP Plumbing and Rooter

Awful company. Billy forgot appointments and would cancel after the time he was supposed to show up and after I took time off of work. He was always late. On last visit to clean line of roots, I asked him to camera the line only to find out he did a shoddy job and he had to go through a 2nd time and pulled out A LOT more roots that he missed (then he was going to charge me for using the camera!). He would have just left me with a line full of roots had I not asked him to show me the line. Upon that visit, he told me about how he and his wife were going to RE broker classes. Didn't think much about it. I called him out for a bigger drain issue (that he had already cancelled on the day before) and when he saw the For Sale sign in my yard, he refused service because I didn't use his wife as my listing agent! Even though I have been giving him my plumbing business for 3 years! I have now found a credible, trust-worthy and professional plumber that I will use. I DO NOT recommend this business. UPDATE: Just called another plumber to come out to take a look and he said it was my main line. I said that couldn't be because ASAP had just come out and cleaned it out 2 weeks ago. This guy just pulled out GOBS of roots from the line closer to the house. Billy didn't even clean the whole line! I'm not going to waste my timer with whatever warranty he offered. I'm just going to have a real plumber do this work and fix the issue. What a joke.
