NEVER GO TO VANDERVEEN DENTAL CENTER! Absolute worst experience with a practitioner of any kind, EVER. They told me the wrong time for my appointment, so when I showed up early (for the time I was told), they told me the dentist had left for the day and I would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day, called ahead to say running a few minutes behind. Showed up 10 minutes late. They didn't get the message, told me they didn't know if the dentist would be able to see me. He lectured me for ten minutes about how valuable his time was, while a nurse repeatedly told the dentist she didn't get the appointment times mixed up despite telling me otherwise the day before. Finally got in the chair, and the dentist worked on me for ten minutes and then LEFT THE BUILDING. I still had another hour slotted for my appointment, and more work to be done. When I asked the nurse if he would be back to finish the job, she told me "guess not".

NEVER GO HERE. I will be filing complaints with ADA, BBB, and my insurance carrier. This kind of treatment is inexcusable.

Recently had the pleasure of their services and was very pleased. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled on a Saturday. We are 2 hours from the clinic and called down and they said not a problem come right away. The chair side mannors of the dentist was super. My husband was very impressed with the care and quality of service that our daughter received. We are from a small town and thus we have went to the same dentist since we were kids so we were a little sceptical about going to a dentist that we didn't know. Well we were very pleased and would recommend this office to everyone.
