Ron Snyder, the President of Central Concrete, woke up my wife and three small children at 07:30 am the day after his company delivered a load to tell us that our contractor had not yet paid him for the concrete. Why did he bother us with this? If he really did need to contact us, why not a 10:00 am phone call? My wife was livid!

In addition, his truck driver told my contractor's laborers that they were being worked too hard, which resulted in two of the three all but stopping work. My contractor ordered a 3" to 4" slump, Central delivered a 5.5" slump. These last two issues caused my contractor not to be able to do the job with a nice finish; it set up too quickly. He jack-hammered out the bad area the next day and used a different supply company.
