Call someone else. They came out to do the $79 super Tune up which included a 14 pt inspection. One of the 14 pts is to add up to a half pound of freon if needed. My A/C was a little low and he went on to tell me it was an additional $320 to add freon to my unit. I told him no way, just add the .5 pound included and i would call someone else. Before it was all said and done he did add the additional .5 pound needed to make my a/c run good for $25. How do you go from 320 to 25. Additionally he did not do any of the 14pt inspection like lube the bearings and clean a/c unit. my family has always used Garwood heating and cooling but i saw this ad for the 79 dollar tune up and got fooled. beware of the up charges and don't let them take you.
