        Overall

        was told there would be no charge to come look at my a/c. When he got there he said I needed a new unit at a cost of $3000. I told him I wanted a second opinion and he got very hostile. He then charged me $88.00 for coming to my house, even though he did nothing. I called a second company which fixed my a/c for $100.00. All that was wrong was a bad capacitor switch. Do not use Dr.Kool!!!
