Imperial Palace

One star is to many! The service and food has been lacking in quality for over the past year. This last weekend will be the last time we step foot in there. The food was doughy and had a bad after taste. Our bill was $13.50 and was charged $1399.50 on my debit card. Yes, you read that right! The cashier said she canceled the transactions but did not. We had to wait till the manager came in. The cashier said not to worry about it, that they would fix it and we could leave our credit card number to issue a credit. Are you serious? Don't worry about? So now my account is overdrawn and I can't buy groceries for my kids and have to deal with the bank to dispute it too, but don't worry about it. She is probably family, nothing will happen and who knows who it will happen to next. They make a big mistake and I am the one left cleaning it up. I can see mistakes happen, but they didn't even offer to discount our dinner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the quality of service and food is at least worth one star!!

If there was a minus rating scale I would use it. This was the worst Chinese/mandarin I have ever tasted in life.
