DO NOT GO TO FERRER GARCIA EYECARE in Clifton!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They can't give you a straight answer, they Will hang up on you if you insist on an answer! Front office staff is very rude!!! It is taking a month for my son's glasses because " the insurance company back ordered the frames". Absolute lie! Insurance company has never heard of such a thing. When the insurance company called Ferrer, they each got a different answer from Ferrer as to what is the holdup. Too bad the office staff has no clue how to operate the customer service end. Just hope I could get my money back. Do not recommend this establishment to anyone unless you like getting the run around!!!
