        Over the last year, we have had multiple pickup issues and lack-luster customer service. The latest fiasco is that in there software migration, our autopay became disabled and we are now behind on the bill. As soon as our paid service is up, we will be switching. It’s always something with this company and I don’t have the time or energy to babysit them.

        This company always goes above and beyond what normal trash services consist of. If trash falls on the ground after trash can is dumped, they will pick it up.
