It's About Time

Mr. Hammond is so kind and very personable. He replaced the broken spring on the pendulum wall clock that had originally belonged to my maternal grandfather.
I am so very appreciative of Mr. Hammond's helpful work.
Now, I will need Mr. Hammond's expertise again, since the other spring in the clock has now broken.

Cliff did a great job of hanging a new antique clock. He got it operating and showed me how to wind it weekly. He is the perfect expert I needed!. Cliff was on time, had all the materials he needed and was very neat.

Cliff was wonderful. Highly professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to move my clock under very short notice. He quoted me a reasonable price for the move, promptly showed up when expected. When the clock arrived at its new home, he took the time explaining how to take care of it (this was a used clock, but new to me). In doing so, he found an unexpected problem with the clock. He fixed it on site and took probably an additional 30-45 minutes more than planned. He did not charge me more for this. I am very pleased with the service and the way I was treated. If this clock needs service in the future I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Cliff was very helpful and pleasant. His prices were reasonable. I have a neighbor that used him in the past and referred me to him. The work he did for my neighbor was excellent. Cliff was real friendly.

The owner, Cliff Hammond,, has to be one of THEE rudest people I have ever met! He had our clock in for routine cleaning for eight weeks. It still was not completed when I stopped in to check on it. He was so mad that I came in without him calling me first. He actually threw my claim ticket in my face and said, "You are the most impatient b*tch I have ever met!". He proceeded to use profanity while saying more nasty things to me. Unfortunately, since he is the owner, I have no one to complain to and it's obvious he doesn't care about having a customer be happy. Now I am wondering if he even knows HOW to fix a clock!
