Ernie & Joe's Appliance Service

My Kenmore dryer was running but not hot. Joe came out the same day we called and replaced the element, a part he even had on the truck. Reasonably priced, too. I will definately use them again in the future.

Ernie & Joe's Appliance Service is a very good company, and I would definately recommend it. Having used them in the past, I was confident that they would do a great job again! Last week, I called for them to fix my front load washer. They returned my call promptly, and came out the same day, and ON TIME!! Joe gave a me an estimate on the repairs, and even though it took a bit longer than he thought, he did NOT charge me extra!! Joe also gave me some very valuable advice regarding my dishwasher. Joe was friendly and professional, a true customer service expert!! My washer runs like BRAND NEW AGAIN!!
