        I had my windows installed by Mark Windows. As of late, I have had some issues with my windows. I called Mark, the owner, and asked if he could come out to my residence to look at my windows, and try to remediate the issues.

        I talked/texted Mark several times. When I talked to him, he said he would call me back to set up a time to come to my residence. However, Mark never called me back. After months of trying to communicate with Mark, I gave up, as it appears Mark does not stand by his workmanship.

        Go elsewhere for windows.

        Overall

        Mark Windows installed our patio door and (4) windows. They did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with their work. Mark explains everything during installation. He is great to work with. He is a very nice man. I will definitely use Mark Windows again. I highly recommend Mark’s Windows. You will not be disappointed.
