Great Clips

I've had my hair cut here for many years, mostly okay to good, but my last two haircuts were quite bad; not even cut evenly, and, worse, sticking out from my head. I don't even know how they did that!The staff changes constantly. I'm suspecting it's kind of a losing place, so they put the newest or least skilled stylists in there. I want to support our little neighborhood shopping center, so I decided I'd give them one last chance. Today, 9/26, a Saturday, at midday, when I went in FIVE stylists were sitting around with no customers. That should tell us something! Again, despite talking everything over with the stylist and manager, another choppy cut and rudeness when I persisted on their getting it right. I'll bet my hair isn't an inch long in back. I look like I asked for a man's haircut! I refused to pay; first time in over ten years. This place is a good lesson in losing all your loyal customers from inadequate staff. Don't even give them a try.
