Sterlings Greenbrier

Saturday, Sept 12 my wife and I went to Sterling's for dinner. Up until that night, we have always had a good experience. My wife asked for a glass of house wine from the hostess who took our first drink order. We did not want a bottle, as I often will have a glass of red. After eating and getting the bill, I noticed I was being charged $14 for a glass of house wine, of which she ordered two. Secondly, I was charged $3 to heat an after-dinner drink, bringing that to $11. This was later removed. The hostess did not seem to care. We will not be back, as the food and atmosphere were lacking.

We had a party of 6 over the weekend and I would definitely go back. My filet was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was lively. Pair the steak with the Longview Cabernet and dont forget to save room for dessert!

My husband and I were in the restaurant several months ago and it was okay but not a great atmosphere. We thought we would come back for a drink at the bar sometime because it looked like a nice bar. We went last night. I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a mixed drink. My wine was nothing more than a "shot" of wine in a very large glass at the price of $7.00 - no exaggerating and his drink was $9.00. We will never go back.
