        The Law office of Richard L Fox has over 40 years experience practicing law. My area of concentration is divorce, family law and civil litigation. In 2008 and 2009 Richard L Fox Attorney was recognized by Boston Globe as Massachusetts Super Lawyer. For over 15 years, I have serviced as Conciliator for the Lowell Civil Sessions of the Middlesex Superior Court. As a Conciliator I have worked with parties and their counsel to aid them in resolving their differences and settling their cases prior to trial. I completed an Executive Mediation Training Program given by Mediation Works Incorporated and have successfully mediated several divorce matters. I am available for mediation in divorce matters and conciliation in civil matters.         He speaks English not Legalese!
        Attorney Fox has represented me in many matters ranging from multimillion dollar real estate transactions to relatively minor personal needs and everything in between. He is honest; his fees are reasonable and accessible. My calls, emails, or faxes have always been promptly replied to.
        He speaks English not legalese. He knows legalese well but saves it for its appropriate use dealing with his clients in an understandable and understanding manner. This is the “go to guy” if you want straight answers to straight questions.

        Attorney Fox is knowledgable, ...

        Attorney Fox is knowledgable, fair, and trustworthy. He predicts the plaintiff's every move and has decades of experience to try any type of case. Attorney Fox remains current with laws relevant to each case. With my case, he was able to locate witnesses that had otherwise been deemed unreachable. Attorney Fox is great at questioning witnesses, as I experienced first hand during the course of my trial. I would recommend Attorney Fox to anyone who is looking for great legal advice, thorough representation, and a desire to win.
