Metro Lawn Care

Horrible company. I contacted Metro about some landscaping and ongoing lawn care such as mowing, weed prevention, etc. They missed the original scheduled appointment. I called and they came out the next day. Unfortunately they did 2 things wrong. First, they cut the wrong yard. They cut my neighbors grass instead of mine. The 2nd thing is they cut it during a steady rain.This left strips of wet grass all over my neighbors lawn as well as killing their pretty green grass. To top it off they still billed me for the incorrect job. They have sent threatening letters demanding payment from me even though they never cut my grass. My neighbor is taking them to court for ruining his yard.

My one acre lawn was not big enough for them. could not get a call back and the owner david also never called me back. i call 5 times and he was never in and never called back.terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
