Yesterday, Tuesday, December 20, 2011, from 8:30am till 1:00pm, I was looking for the publishing company that supplied the yearly book on NASCAR. I finally contacted Ratchel in your Charlotte, NC office. She advised me they no longer published the book, but she would e-mail the new company and they would contact me. What a BLESSING she was. She also gave me a phone number for that company. Meantime, I contacted the company, ordered the book and then called Ratchel back to thank her for all her help. She went beyond her duty to save me from my son killing me if he had not receiveded his NASCAR yearbook. UMI has a great employee!!!!
