The women of Elite Maids are super efficient, conscientious, honest, and thorough in their cleaning. Nancy, the owner, is friendly, upfront about costs, and eager to please all of her clients. I have been with Elite Maids for almost a year now, and I highly recommend their services. They are top to bottom cleaners, and do anything extra. The fee schedule is very explicit and there are never any surprises. Thanks for all that you do!

Highly Recommended. Nancy is very easy to work with on schedule changes and any hot spots you want extra attention to a particular week. Her team does a fantastic job! I have a dog and tons of dog hair and muddy pawprints and I am always amazed how clean they get the house. I have had other cleaning services before and the quality usually decreases after a couple of months. This hasn't happened with Elite Maids though....I am still seeing consistently high quality work.

Thank heavens for Elite Maids! By far the best cleaning service in Charlotte! The price is so reasonable, the staff is so friendly and always do such a great job! I called many different cleaning companies and instantly picked Elite Maids because of Nancy's professionalism, attitude, and helpfulness.

The only cleaning service I've ever used. Nancy is terrific and so easy to work with. Her ladies do a nice job cleaning my home. They are prompt and trustworthy.

Being a very busy single mother of 2 and having an at home business I rarely have time to clean. I was relieved to finally find a great cleaning group that I felt comfortable in my home and that clean as good as I do. They were quick to respond to any areas they missed the first and second time cleaning, but those weren't large areas of concern at all. I was just happy that they responded and were even willing to come by that day to go over those spots. The group is also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Elite Maid service delivers on its promises. They are prompt to remind me of their expected arrival time, they do a wonderful cleaning job, and the price is very reasonable. I hope to continue our relationship for years to come.

I called Elite Maids the week before Mother's Day to see if they could help me out that Friday - Nancy was great, and fit me in Friday morning. Her staff was very professional and they all did a great job. My schedule is somewhat crazy, and Nancy has been very flexible with working with me to schedule times that work for both of us. They did a very thorough job, and do a lot of the things I don't think about - like wiping down the fan blades, or vacuuming the molding. They even got all the dog hair off my upholstery, which is quite a task! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a one time or consistent service.

Elite Maids has been cleaning my house now for about a year every 2 weeks and I can say that they are the best. My house always is done great, and even once when they forgot something, the owner came to my house that very day to fix it herself. I am not sure what the person from Matthews was talking about "that they did not give 100%". I feel that the team always gives 100% and Nancy (the owner) always does follow up calls or emails to check on the how the cleaning was and if you are satisfied. Apparently that person did not let Nancy know she was dissatisfied, because I am certain that if she had, the issues she is talking about would have been taken care of immediately and professionally. I am so thankful to have found this business...the prices are reasonable, the service is impeccable and the employees are a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!
