Diamond Cab Company

I just used Diamond Cab on Sept. 5, 2013. I called a week in advance to get a quote and then booked them to pick my 81 year old father up at the Charlotte airport. They called me twice on the day of his flight to confirm his arrival. Yes! A cab company that follows up!! They were sitting and waiting at the airport for his arrival, then drove him from Charlotte to Statesville, NC. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend! I didn't even have to pay in advance for them to be waiting at the airport for him. Thank you Obee!

We called them twice ahead of time to tell them we needed a cab at 10:15 and we told them that we need a cab at 10:15 so that we could catch a bus at 10:30. What time do they show up? 10:27. We missed our bus, had to get a hotel, and had to buy new bus tickets. What should've been a quick $10 cab ride cost us $229. The driver was completely rude about the whole thing, refusing to accept responsibility for any of what happened and being condescending and disrespectful to us in general.



Worst service ever. Completely ruined our trip to Charlotte.
