TLC MOVING & STORAGE

We used TLC for a complicated move from Medford, MA, to FL, with stops along the way to drop off furniture in NY and VA. I moved my 86 year old mother from FL to Medford, MA in March, 2013, and the moving company I hired was horrible, trying to extort more money from my mother, first at her house (we paid), then again when they arrived at her apartment for her delivery. For my move in June, 2013, I researched and interviewed several movers, but after talking to Florin, I decided that his was the company we would use. He did an in-home-estimate, and quoted me a flat rate. Although TLC was not the cheapest price I got, he provided me with a dedicated truck from MA to FL. Florin and his 2 guys arrived at my home the morning of the move on time, and every piece of furniture was individually wrapped and loaded into the truck with care. Our move included the second and third floor, as well as the basement. Florin and his crew were hardworking and polite. I wasn't in FL 3 days later when

TLC Moving & Storage performed our cross country relocation flawlessly. We needed to move the contents of our 2000 sq ft house in Boston into storage for a couple of months until finding a new home in San Francisco, and then have them bring deliver it all to the West coast. They were so accommodating, they even stopped in Indiana on the way to pick up some other items I needed moved as well. Everything was tagged, wrapped well and securely packed. They were professional, fast but careful, and we were given a very good price for the amount of work performed. I expected to lose some items to breakage or damage of some sort after moving an entire house from one coast to another regardless of how well everything was done - however all of our stuff arrived looking great and intact. I can't recommend Florin and his crew more highly. You will not be sorry if you hire TLC to perform your move.

My faith in the moving industry has been restored since working with TLC. My husband and I made a cross-country move from Cambridge, MA to San Francisco, CA. We contacted TLC about 6 weeks before the move for an estimate. We were walked through all of our options and were given a straight forward estimate which allowed us to make an informed decision. All of our questions were answered and the line of communication was always open through the entire process. On move day, a team of two showed up at our apartment (right on time) and did a quick walk through with us. Their inventory process was quick and thorough. Our apartment was empty within a few hours. The movers were extremely professional, polite and easy to work with. They eased the stresses of our move. Florin is the ultimate rock star in cross-country moves. He actually showed up to our new place an entire day early. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this moving experience. Dare I say...it was actually, enjoyable

The first thing that impressed me about TLC Moving Company in Boston, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to do the survey and give me the estimate. In all the moves I've made over the years, it was the first time that the owner has taken the time and care to make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the crew that came to move me were on time, polite and courteous and were extremely careful with my belongings. The move was quick and painless. Highly recommended moving company!!! TLC moving team did an outstanding job. I had so much stuff and they didn't complain at all, just helped me with everything I needed. They came prepared and their mission was to be efficient and get the job done fast and careful, which they did. I had a lot of fragile, so they packed everything. Nothing got broken or damaged. From the first appointment for my estimate in Cambridge, to the last box being delivered 2500 miles away in Salt Lake City, TLC was courteous, attentive and great to work with. Their estimate came in well below any other moving company in Boston, and the quality of the service was second to none. Every box and item was meticulously wrapped, itemized and cared for, and TLC made sure every one of those items was delivered on time and in perfect condition. These movers are great. They did an excellent job moving my apartment. The movers wrapped all my furniture in moving blankets and they also covered our mattress and box spring with plastic bags everything was protected very well. My furniture arrived at my new home safe and sound. Everyone was nice and very professional. Highly recommended!

Top notch movers ! TLC Movers moved our office when we re-located. The guys arrived on time. They were friendly, organized and extremely careful with our things. The movers were very fast and we were up and running in our new office much faster than I have expected. Tlc has top notch movers. My wife and I were worried when we first decided we would hire movers for our next move. We had heard too many horror stories to not be skeptical. Flo was very friendly and helpful from the start, even giving us tips on some best practices for packing and getting things ready to make the move go smoothly. His price was also significantly lower than some of the other companies we talked to. On the day of the move, he an his team arrived bright and early and started the move right away. Everything was handled carefully and professionally and the move was over more quickly than I anticipated. On the whole we were very pleased and would recommend TLC Movers to anyone looking for peace of mind and professionalism at a fair price.

TLC Movers under the Crew Manager - Alex moved our daughter on the hottest / stormiest day in Boston!! She elected to move to a 3rd floor loft in Somerville with very narrow stairs!! These guys were absolutely phenomenal -- it didn't phase them to cart all her belongings up 3 flights of stairs and then have to lift the furniture over outside balconies to get it in the flat. They did all this with out causing any damage!! They were top notch in the work that they did -- and if she ever decides to move out -- we will definitely hire them again (hopefully it won't be in July!!) Thank you again for doing such a great job with my move. I am a perfectionist, so I cannot really tell you how valuable it is to have professional, trustworthy, efficient, but careful movers. TLC Movers are really the best I have ever seen in probably 20 moves ( between my own moves, and those where I have helped friends ). Great movers, fast and efficientTlc Moving was referred to me by a friend who used them and said that they were great.We use there packing services since we moved from a house and my work schedule didn't allow me to pack my house. They packed our house in the first day and they move everything on the next day. The movers were very friendly, clean and fast. All our furniture was covered in moving blankets and they use large boxes for our hanging clothes. My biggest concern was the 3 flat screen tv that we have, but they used special tv boxes and they arrive safe to our new place. Before they left our new house they arranged all the furniture as I said and even give me same suggestions how the furniture will fit better in same rooms.I highly recommend them, money well spent.Thank you!Great work!
