It's hard to find professional and honest mechenics nowdays. So, it was very delightful to experience "customer oriented" services at JK Auto Service.

First, I was impressed with thier shop areas; clean and organized. Contrary to popular belief about dirty auto shop, clean and well organized auto shop is more effiecient and better in customer service.

Second, one of my service request was oil change. I choose syntheric oil change at $59 thinking that they will use generic syntheric oil such as Mobile One. However, they used more expensive factory synteric oil (my car is Audi) at no additional cost.

Third, I had to replace rear break pads (resurface both disks) and replace front leftside CV Joint. JK Auto gave me a quote which was very reasonable price. When I returned, the Head Mechnic told me that he had to replace roter and disk due to more extensive demage to the roters. He aldo told me that he will not charge additional cost but will honor original quote. What a integrity.

Last, all replaced items were in one section and ready for my inspection without me being ask for them.
