Just 1 months into moving in I lost my job went to management after staying afloat another 2 months and let them know would have to move. They told me to go apply for rental assistance and come back to talk. I was notified of court date they said I didn't have to go that they were aware of situation and waiting for me to apply for assistance and that the court date would be cancelled. I got hired at new job was to be weekly pay. Went to let them know would be able to start paying that Friday and they looked at me and said how are you still here? We evicted you yesterday. I was flabbergasted I had been speaking to them constantly. I reminded them they told me not to go to court. Come to find out they can still go and backdate the eviction to court date . I had all my things my husband my 6yr old all in that apartment. Luckily somehow when they came to evict several people our apartment was somehow looked over. Still after expressing how angry I was since I had told them originally I was going to move out and they told me to stay and see what could be worked out and now had eviction. We moved everything we could taking all night because this was late in afternoon when spoke with them. My son was freaked out didn't know what was happening. Then after all that they added on thousands of dollars saying they had to replace carpet , paint, etc...and they had to clean well of course I had no notice of having to move. It is 5 years later and I still have that eviction hanging over my head. It looks on my record like they had to have me removed but they didn't I was going to leave, and in the end we still left without having to be removed but that is not how it looks when eviction is on your record for 7 years! They intentionally made a bad situation worse. It's takes special people to he that evil all under the guise of being understanding and nice. I should have never listened to them and left like I had planned when was not going to make rent.

This is the worst place ever. Not only did they over charge us. None of the appliances worked. They raised the rent without telling us, we never got our mail & ended up having to pay $515 for electric for 2 months, my husband ended up in the hospital & missed a week of work, our truck broke down. They would not take a partial payment so it made us late, they said to bring in all our receipts & they would work with us, they straight out lied, told my husband he didn't have to show up in court, that they would stop the eviction. They are liers, we brought all the receipts & Reana sent the constable to lock us out of the apartment, we had $800 & all the receipts, plus my husband got paid Thursday, after lying to our face she said it would be $1500, locked us out, my husbands check was still inside, the constable said they could give us till the end of the day to get out, but Reana said "no" she said "they could do that but just didn't want to" They don't give a crap about anybody, they had $575 in deposit money that they kept, they could of given us at least that. We both work & get paid every week. We had to sleep in our car that night, then my poor husband had 2 hrs to move our whole apt from upstairs ALONE, cause I had to work, they were just heartless witches in there. We had to get a storage & have to pay $450 a week for a hotel now. Then they tried to tow our truck on top of all this.We both work hard, we just had everything happen at once. So they kicked us even harder while we were down. Reana sat there with a smart allic grin on her face. When I asked if they were trying to tow our truck also, she said "well not me personally but I cant help if the tow company does" with a smile on her face.It wasn't like we werent willing to pay, we even asked to move to a one bedroom since we fell behind, they said "NO", nobody wants to live there & its mostly because of Emily Cruz & Reana Williams

Where do I start. Terrible place to live. Management tells you they will take care of you, and that is well, a lie. Multiple times we had to have our A/C fixed. Then during the winter, you guessed it, our heater went out multiple times as well. We would have days where our water went out without prior knowledge. Then when we would call and let the office know, there answer would be "sorry, we are getting to it". There were even a few times they didn't even know that it was off. Our hood over the oven was out when we first moved in, we let them know this, and then 6 months later after letting them know a couple more times they finally got it fixed, when a new maintnence guy started working there and he ordered a new hood. Needless to say, he didn't work there very long. There were floods in the parking area, the children's play area was dirty, and the exercise room had no working equipement. Office management switched so often that when we finally left there was nobody in the office that I knew, and we were there for 13 months. The only reason we didn't leave earlier was because it was cheaper to stay than to break the lease. If you decide to move into this Apartment complex, Good Luck. I don't reccomend it, even to my worst enemy.
