Cigna

I needed to refill my prescription, so I had my pharmacy (fry's) call and request more. For two days I called the front desk, and they said that they had received the request and were waiting for the doctor. Finally, I went to the actual location, where they treated me with a very condescending attitude, and finally tried to say that they had sent back the confirmation that very day, when in fact, I had called my pharmacy 10 minutes prior and Fry's said that they still had not heard a word from Cigna. Obviously, it took for me to go in there for them to move their behinds and they still took no blame.
