        It took a month and several phone calls to receive my order. They just sat on my order for no reason, lied to me about it being shipped but could not provide a tracking number, a standard practice. Stay away!!!

        If you are in need of specialty plant products, come here! Not only is it is conveniently located off the 605 freeway at Alondra in the Cerritos/Norwalk area, but the staff is helpful, friendly and willing to work with their customer's needs and budget. I highly recommend this place to my friends or anyone interested in getting some high quality equipment to make their plants thrive. Come check them out!

        Here at Cerritos Hydro, we take pride in our excellent customer service.We thrive in the business as a result. An owner or manager is always on staff. If anyone was treated unfairly in my store, they would be able to address the problem right away with either myself (the owner) or my manager. I think this a fake review from one of my many competitors because I have never had an upset costumer.
