Walmart Supercenter

I purchased an Xbox controller from this store and did not notice that the box had been opened until I got home. The controller was scratched and did not work. When I brought it back less than two hours later I was told that they would not accept the return.

I dropped off 3 prescriptions today, dropped off and decided to wait the 30 minutes I was told. After over an hour it was finally ready and about $70 over what I should have paid. Why? They waited to fill it to tell me my insurance was expired. I then got home and went to take my medication before bed, only to realize they gave me 2 of the same prescription. Can someone get fired for this? I find it completely unacceptable especially since it took over double the time to fill an I ended up paying almost $100.
