Worst place ever! Before I ordered, I called to confirm that item was exactly what I wanted, they assured me it was. When it arrive 3 days later, it was not what I wanted. It took 3 more days to get the labels to get the item sent back. Was told by "Mike" that it would be back in their possession by Thursday when mailed Monday. It is now the Monday after, 7 days later and product is still in transit. 2 weeks for a place that is located exactly 3.25 hours from my front door.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.

Save yourself the grief and do...

Save yourself the grief and do not order from USAP. They employee professional liars the will shoot you a line knowing there isn’t a word of truth in it. After SIX phone calls with replies from customer service you order has been shipped and even going as far as Sir you will have your parts tomorrow. (LIE straight from HELL) as I get an E-Mail from customer service on the same day that the parts hasn’t shipped yet.

If USAP would send parts as fast as they take your CA$H you could give them 5 stars. With this off my chest now will I ever get my parts or chalk it up as a loss…. Please go to your local parts store of choice and don’t order from USAP.

Also if you want to know how this company preforms, call their customer support and see how long you are on hold. (It's not uncommon to be on hold for over one hour) so pack your lunch.

I ordered a part from this company over a month ago and have still not got my part or my money back. They told me that this product was in stock and of course it was not. So I said I would wait the 5 days for it to be sent but if course 2 weeks later they had still not sent it. So I asked for a refund and a week later still nothing , called and they said that they had sent the part and I would have to wait till it was sent back to them to get my money back , they got their part back over 2 weeks ago!!! STILL NO MONEY! I am out over $300 and they do not seem to care at all. talk to mangers and corp with out any results . Avoid this website at all cost.... WORST Internet purchase I have ever made. Will never use them again . They deserved way less then this one star that they made me put for them....

DO NOT USE THIS-So Frustrating-NO STARS

We ordered a part from this website thinking that we were going to get it in however long that statndard shipping takes. When we thought it took to long we decide to check on our order #. That did NOT help us at all. So we decided to call. It turns out that we waited for about two weeks and they couldn't find our order in the system. So we decided to give them a break since it's two different place. So they apologized and told us that they would process our order. We waited about a week and decided to call back. They couldn't find us in the system AGAIN. So we got transferred over to the first person we had spoke to when we had first called, he was very helpful but it turns out that OUR PART WAS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that they had gave us a refund, NO one found me in there system and NO ONE told me my part was out of stock. They had my phone # and Email address, too. I suggest that you NEVER, EVER order from this website, This is a rip off and its very FRUSTRATING and ANNOYING to have to go Through this. I can't believe they made me pick a star

I ordered a part that was supposed to be in stock --- "SUPPOSED TO BE". Well it wasn't! I cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway! Now getting the money back from them is the hardest thing in the world. I had to go a week of

explaiing what was wrong and still no efforts were being done. I finally had to call the main office and speak to someone there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEB SITE!!!!!!!!!!!! As a matter of fact don't order from them period!

THEY SUCK @ CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a part from the 1-800 number posted on the web page, as this was my second time, I didn't think I would have any problems. That was until the part that was sent was broken!!! I contacted customer service to see if they could help me with this and the only thing they could do was send me a free shipping label. I explained to the "Manager" that I had to work overtime to purchase this part, this is my only vehicle to get me and my wife back and forth to work and all I was requesting was a new part that wasn't broken. I could not be helped and was advised to send my part back and wait my 30 days for my refund to show back up in my account. NOW, I'm out $160.00, no replacement part, and a vehicle that will still not operate for at least 30 days, and customer service which doesn't believe in helping their customers which support their business on a daily basis. I would strongly suggest to take your business elsewhere!! Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!
