Hello My name is Emanuel Corera and I like to share my story of how I met Dr. Fallah and my experience that I was having issues with and the overall care that I got. So prior to see Dr Fallah I have been struggling with Chronic fatigue for over 10 years. I was seeing different doctors and every time I see a doctor they would give me a different diagnosis of what I had, nobody could figure out exactly what was wrong with me – I was having a sinus issue, red eyes, swollen tonsils, chronic fatigue was the main issue and despite the fact that I was getting healthy and exercising, sleeping well, nothing would really help – until I found a naturopath doctor, who kind of got me introduced to detox city and teeth and he referred me to Dr Fallah and I came to see him and I became aware of the toxicities and root canals which i had a root canal for 15 years. so I came to see Dr. Fallah we did some DNA testing on the root canal tooth and when the results came back, no surprise there was a lot of bacteria and so we proceeded to do an extraction and that night when we did the extraction that same night, I felt the fatigue just went away I felt this relief in my whole system. The next morning I woke up no red eyes, few days later my tonsils started going down, for over 10 years I have been struggling with this, some kind of shadow over the top of my right eye something that was always there just a little e\blurry and that went away completely. It has been a little over a week since we did the extraction and the gum is healing perfectly. Dr. Fallah di a pristine job and the whole tame her is unbelievable. A pristine job is what I can say – it healed perfectly it healed and is looking a lot better and now we are doing some other treatments but I look forward to keep working with Dr. Fallah and I really recommend anyone struggling with same day issues or just holistic view of dentistry. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral Surgery
One of the most important aspects of dental treatment, especially oral surgery, is that healing occurs in an optimal way. Dr. Fallah does not leave this to chance. Patients who undergo certain procedures in our Carlsbad holistic dental office benefit from platelet-rich fibrin, a method of tissue regeneration. Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin, called PRF, is relatively new, dating back to 2001 and French physician Joseph Choukroun. His works were not published in English for another five years.
Jaw Surgery
Why choose neuromuscular dentistry? The alternative to NMO is orthodontic jaw surgery. An oral & maxillofacial surgeon breaks the jaw in specific areas to expand it and bring it forward. The surgeon has just one chance to reposition it correctly. This is a big challenge considering the patient is anesthetized with the lower jaw sliding back, so gravitational forces and physiologic bite position must be estimated.

Bone Grafting
Well there are many aspects to holistic dentistry like for example one of the things that as a holistic dentist we do is appreciate and realize that we don’t want to expose our patients, to any mercury vapor or any of the byproducts of amalgam – so for example when we are removing an amalgam filling which is 50 to 55 percent of it is made up of mercury not only do we place a rubber dam and cramp on the tooth or teeth that we are working on, but we place a micro seal which completely eliminates the leakage of any fluids into the oral cavity so in essence we are completely isolating the environment where the tooth that we are working on from the rest of the oral cavity and so we essentially make sure that we don’t get any leakage of that debris into the patient’s mouth, and at the same time the patient is going to be breathing through an oxygen mask and so the patient is not inhaling any of the mercury vapor either and myself and my staff we have special masks and we have multiple high speed suctions that are operating in the treatment room and that helps everyone to stay safe, and that is one as aspect of how holistic dentistry is different than conventional dentistry. In fact about 20 years ago – I had many of my amalgam moved and safety and I had, I was suffering from fatigue for a number of months, and one of my physicians friends tested me and found that I was very high in mercury and that was the beginning of my journey to holistic dentistry it was through my own personal experience. So being mercury free and mercury safe is really in my opinion the very frit step of being a biological dentist. The other aspects would be using materials that are compatible with the biology like for example, we do tests that are called cliff or beacon - we have 2 different companies that do it, the testing – and either one of these are companies who lab tests so we would know. They would actually test over 500 dental materials from the blood samples that is provided for them to patient’s own blood and that would tell us and the patient what materials that patient is sensitive to and so we should stay away from those matters, and believe it or not it is not always the same for everybody not everyone s compatible to the Sam exact thing and we know that especially through the blood compatibility test so that is the 2nd part of that and the 3rd part is rally appreciating that the oral cavity is a dynamic environment and we want to make sure that we eliminate infections and promote health, now that would be through addressing as I said earlier cavities – with laser ozone, and bio compatibles filling techniques to extractions that are done in a way that would promote healing to replacement to protocols that are impervious to the body’s biology to address the bite and making sure the bite is balanced so it is not affecting a paint’s head and neck in an adverse way so it just has many layers to it when we are doing grafting for the gum tissue – o

Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm a patient of doctor Fallah’s. I spent about two months probably online looking to try to find the right cosmetic dentist and I came to the conclusion that Doctor Fallah is one of the best ones in Southern California based on mostly on his before and after pictures on his website, which I thought were absolutely amazing and probably taking the time to look at About 40 different doctors and spent a good portion of Two months, it's probably too much of my time while at work. I was doing some online research and when I came in I had a lot of questions for Doctor Fallah and a lot more pertaining to what kind of work he done before, which he was happy to show me a couple more books that had several other patients that had even far worse problems than I have had. I explained to him the dilemma that I had. I'd had acid reflux. I was untreated for several years and it caused a lot of decay and you're no fault of my own. I didn't have smile a lot of it anymore and it was said Point at 33 years old at the time that I didn't want to smile, I didn't want to open my mouth. I did everything I could to hide that from other people, and finally I said enough is enough. This is something that's important to me. I, I, have to do this for myself and so I can get my self-confidence back and I was a little bit nervous and apprehensive of course, but I was looking at my smile. The way it looked at the time, and I thought it can't get any worse. It can only get better from this point and what I'd seen was before and after pictures. I was just so impressed I was like I really want my smile boy like that again. We sat down and he gave me a few different options Which one he thought would be in my best interest, both from a physical and financial point of view and gave me some recommendations of what he thought would look best for me and his staff was wonderful as well and they also added some input, which was great because I wanted, I wanted to hear a few different opinions. You know, because it's your looks after. All your smile. Your face is everything. It's what the first thing anyone is going to say or judge you by is going to be your smile or how you look. So, I was being very concerned about that and I wanted. To get several different opinions and he has a wonderful staff of people that work for him that we're more than happy to, you know, contribute what they could to the process and overall, I was, I can't there's not words to say how happy I am with how much better I feel I look from before and obviously Doctor Fallah, I can't do anything with the rest of the canvas. However, from what he had to work with the the canvas, he had it He did a really good job.
