I too was forced to put in one star which I would not do if NO STARS was an option. There are soooo many bad things to write about here. I will say that the project manager and the two sub contracters they had were ok...professional and did what was expected. It is their manager/estimator that came to our home in a time of panic and completely, not only took advantage of the situation, but out and out lied to me about the services they would perform...falling on the, "It was not written in the contract", excuse when I told him I was trusting him at his word. On top of that... after.. now 6 months.. I still do not have an itemized bill---AND the bill provided is clearly at least double what the services provided were. I have had two other estimaters out here..that laughed at me for trusting them. Be careful here.... but.. their subs were very nice... I must say that...
