Pacific Reglazing Inc

Find a good reglazing store, not this one. If I didn't have a neighbor whose tub is still looking great after three years, I'd think the whole process was a lie. We had our tub and enclosure done about 3.5 years ago. We had it all start to come off - way more than a year ago. We had tiny tiles making up the tub enclosure. In many, many places the reglazing is coming off the grout. Looks awful. The tub is also a disaster with the entire area around the drain and halfway up the tub totally coming off. As I said, our neighbors used a different company TWO MONTHS LATER and theirs still looks great. (I had assumed ALL reglazing didn't last wear well if you actually used the tub, but apparently not.) Also the original job took three tries before we would approve it, and it was still half matte, half glossy, but we gave up trying to have it look nice. (The customer service guy we were working with asked whether we "really" wanted to have the guy keep coming out because the poor man was on his "own time," like it was MY fault it was being done wrong!) We finally gave up on it as a bad job, but now it looks worse than when we started. Very disappointed, but I figure that we will use the "good" company to get it redone.

!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The workers were 1 hour and a half later and they sent an unauthorized, non-employee into my home. Jewelry went missing that was there just the hour prior to the workers coming. The company did not help the situation at all and have refused to take any accountability for the fact that they didn't know who was showing up for the job that day. DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRUST!!
