Riverside Towing & Recovery

My car got towed in a parking lot. The lady that towed it told me if I brought her $160 cash she would bring my car to me. I got the money then she refused to get my car. She gave me a phone number to call to get my car and it was the same lady's phone number. She refused to tell me where my car was, refused to give me an address to the location of the building. She made me wait till the next day to get my car and doubled the price even tho I had the money she requested I'm my hand. The business does not come up on Google and I had to call the police to figure out what the address was.

extremely inpleasant . our vehicle was towed from a private lot, when I called to ask how to recover it, they were evasive with answers. They finally put me on the line with another person who screamed nonstop at me. I understand that these are tow truck drivers and not UN diplomats, but this guy seemed to get a lot of pleasure out of messing with us. NOT TRUSTWORTHY based upon extremely erratic emotional outbursts . NOT RECOMMENDED
