Pool Brite

Austin opened my pool this spring and noticed that the return vents in the stairs were not sealed and leaking water. He was able to block these not-needed returns and stop the leaking. This entire summer I only needed to add water to the pool once for 2 hours. Last summer, the pool needed 2 hours per week of full force hose water to keep the level above the return. Austin's efforts have saved me hundreds of $ plus all the water going into my property. Thanks -Ron

II am writing on behalf of my mother as I take care of her pool for her. After stopping in last Monday for $100 in chemicals I came back today to purchase to new filters. I told my mom it would be a couple hundred of dollars but was surprised that 1 200sq. ft. sta-rite system 3 outer core filter s7m120 was $299.99 and the smaller 100sq. ft. sta-rite system 3 inner core filter s7m120 was $149.99. We bought these from you last time but do not remember them being this expensive. You have opened and closed her pool for the past 10 years except this year I tried opening her pool on my own to save her $400 dollars. I also purchased the motor from you a few years ago was was helped by Dave who has been an employee of yours for 12 years and he helped me today also. After realizing that sticker shock of $450 for 2 filters I asked if I can get a better price. He then flipped out on me and now I remember him from buying the motor a few years ago as he was rude then also. I asked him what the mark up was as I assume it is 70% or more because your prices are the highest in town.
