I feel the need to ALERT EVERYONE about this lousy fake flower shop!! I placed an order on 12-21-2017. When I went into their website it read: buckeyeflorist/1-800-flowers-merry-little-christmas-holiday-flower-tree-/161253m/ come to find out they have nothing to do with 1-800-flowers. 1-800-flowers had no record of this order ever being placed. The Christmas Tree looked nothing like a tree it was more of a disgusting bush. Since the day I found out about the Embarrassing arrangement that cost me $100, I've been trying to get a hold of them via e-mails and voice mails and to this day have not yet received a response from this scammer. It's obvious they never answer the darn phone. My next step is going to the place of business, however I feel it will be a waste of time as it shows the address is for a public library. I'm also filing a dispute with the credit card company. Please don't be taken by these scammers as I was, please assure yourselves that they are affiliated with 1-800-flowers, before placing your order.
