They are the best! I called in an order for flowers to be delivered to my sister in the hospital. My call was from another city on a Saturday. They had just closed and were ready to go make a delivery. They took my order and delivered the beautiful flowers in less than 2 hours after I called. Now that's outstanding service!! They have never disappointed me. Not only do they make beautiful floral arrangements, but their service is outstanding!! Thank you Rosenbaum's!!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET ANY KIND OF ARRANGEMENTS.. MY FIANCE PLACED A ORDER .. SINCE HE WAS OUT OF TOWN, FOR VALENTINES MY BOUQUET OF FLOWERS WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BUT IT NEVER DID .. I had to drive to the location to get it myself.. When i got there , was a line of people that wanted there money back.... it was the same story.... the owners were just walking around ,,, the phone ringing but they never paid any attention to it ... finally they assist me and they gave my order but the were missing half of it,,,, i had to go back bc they were missing a bear balloons and chocolates... the owners husband was getting after an employee in front of every one... worst place ever,,,,,:p
