I 100 % disagree with one of the recently published review. Probably person who posted it is "life unsatisfied" one or it's posted by one of Brand New Travel's competitors. On a recent trip they gave very good advice o n local traditions and food.Visa support was very helpful and quick.and travel was uneventful and pleasent, very smooth and enjoyable.I will refer them to my friends and associates for their travel needs.

If you do decide to go with them - stay constantly alert and monitor every step of the way - you'll be surprised how mane mistakes you'll have to correct. Also, be ready to pay for all of the errors done by the agents since they would not admit their fault. If proving their mistake would require the paperwork prepared by agent (e.g. , documents submitted to Embassy with the wrong info) Brand New Travel agents have no problem with the falsifying the documents....and truly don't care if you would be filing a civil complaint to recover everything lost (unused visa?s + tickets).If you don't have an extra $$ to waste on fixing mistakes done my the agents or pay fines on any custom you cross - stay away from Brand New Travel and share this with anybody you know.
