Steve Bloom was are attorney helping with buying a new house. It was complicated case as we were buying a new construction in a duplex (all the condominium association problems). He did a GREAT job to make sure that we are safe. He was very responsive and had a strong ownership. One day before the closing our developer orally agreed to help us in case the Radon test results comes back bad. Steve immediately drafted a document, aligned that with the sellers attorney and we had a paper version of that agreement for next day to sign. Highly recommended!!!!
