Worst cab experience ever. The driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. She made multiple rude comments just to me (the only female in the car) and overcharged us. When we told her that the group had already paid so we would not be paying again, she called the cops and would only call them off after I paid her a ridiculous amount. I will never use this cab service again.

Dealt directly with the owner and dispatcher. The most unprofessional person I have ever personally dealt with. He hung up multiple guests at a wedding reception who were seeking safe rides to their designated locations. If we didn't have an amazing cab driver who eased our situation and further dealt with the rest of the guests there would have been no further fares taken by this company. Poor customer service on the part or the owner. Never again will we seek this company for taxi service.

My husband forgot his hat in the taxi and we asked the taxi driver about it the next day and he remembered it was left in the cab. He dropped us off at the bar and said he would call if he found it. The this idiot kid brough it to us after we said we would come a pick it up if they found and then charged us 6 bucks to bring it to us after we paid 16$ for a cab ride. They area rip off and very unprofessional. We religiously uses their cab service till now. I would rather walk home after dealing with the owners child. Very unprofessional. I'd like to see them out of business if they treat customers like this.
