Dear Mr. Katz, The Oriental rug that you cleaned and rebound for us was returned yesterday, and I want to let you know that we are nothing short of thrilled with the results. The rug is transformed and looks better than it has in all the years Ive owned it. Although I believe the rug has any great monetary value, it belonged to my grandmother and then to my father, so it actually has great sentimental value to me. It appears now the way I remember it from a long time ago, when my sister and I were photographed on it as very small children. You did a beautiful job. This company is well priced and do a great job. Most rug cleaning companies bring rugs to them. They do repairs as well.
