JR's Pool Service left our pool/deck in shambles and stole $2,400.00 from us. We have a contract with JR's Pool Service since May 10th at which time Joe Rocco cashed our check. On June 4th he showed up, tore up the pavers and left them with the promise to return June 5th. To this date, he, nor his crew has returned to our house, ordered any new pavers, or completed any work. We have left countless voicemails and text messages with zero response. Joe Rocco took our money and is nowhere to be found. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. He will take your money and never return.

My experience has been awful. Contact included removing concrete and fixing a pipe that was leaking in my pool and installing Uniloc pavers around pool area. Pavers were installed but the pipe was never repaired. Work was done in fall so could not test leak until spring. Additionally, because drainage was not properly added and concrete under pavers not removed, the work caused water backup in house. Had to pay $5,000 to a more reputable company to fix issues caused by Joe Rocco.
