Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven and Shoreline East

I was extremely happy with Paul Davis restoration and remodeling who cleaned and packed up my basement, removed my flooring and part of my walls and then rebuilt due to a flood. They were very easy to work with in addition to being prompt at returning my calls and professional and fair when dealing with my concerns. They made a very difficult situation much less stressful and I highly recommend them and would have them again to work in my home. Our contact was Julius Zucker who was always available to us or would promptly return our calls and was always professional and fair.

These guys were great! My grandfather (who I care for) had some water damage in his basement and this company handled dealing with the insurance people, they dried out and cleaned up the basement AND got painters and carpet people in to re-do the basement. That's the nicest room in the house now. It was a HUGE relief having them handle everything so I could focus on taking care of my grandpa. Hopefully we won't need anything like this again but if we do, this is a great company for insurance work!

I would never have theses people remodel or do any work for me again even though the i did not pay for the work to be done (the condo association payed). The work is low quality between the baseboard ,taping of the walls which if not done right shows through the crap paint job they did.I have a electrical box hanging of the wall that was never hanging off the wall before.Between Paul Davis and the condo association that are both at fault and neither will take responsibility. i was unable to rent the condo out for three months.
