        great service and I always leave smiling

        Kate is amazing and has a great energy around the salon. I get my hair done by Leona and I always leave smiling. She is great and friendly.

        I have been going here for over a year now and I can always rely on a great service. I see Natalie every 5 or 6 weeks and she does an excellent job of hiding my grey hair!!!!

        Never go here. I ended up wit...

        Never go here. I ended up with an ok color and cut but the stylist Kris was so mean and rude I'm never going back. She never talked to me except to bark unclear orders and scold me about my shampoo. She washed my hair like she was angry at it and then acted annoyed when I said I wanted my hair blown dry after I was done. She never said one nice thing the entire time I was there--even "how are you doing?" She also never said goodbye just handed the receptionist the bill and walked away. People should not come to work when they are in this kind of mood. $100 is a lot of money to spend and I expect to at least be treated politely.

        drlaura2- I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, customer service is always our number one priority. There is no excuse, but unfortunately sometimes there are outside circumstances going on. I would like to offer you to come in again for half price, maybe with a different stylist, so that we can have a chance to make things right. Thank you for your feedback and again I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied.

        I gaive 5 stars to this absolute awesome salon. I am very picky about my hair and I cried many times over my bad hair but hose day are over since I met Chris at Salon Bliss. She has that magic touch make you and feel GREAT!! I also can't wait to get my make up done by Dominique. Great skills with the best service!!
