        Our gas fireplace would take several flips of the switch to start and then would go out again after a few minutes. I called Safer Chimney after attempting another company we used in the past (no call back in a day and a half : (
        Shawn from Safety answered my text and told me what the problem was and how to fix it DYI. His advice worked! No charge and we are not previous customers. Not only that, he called awhile later to see if it worked.

        Amazing customer service! Will definitely use them for service/repairs again.
