I had a tub that was leaking, and a sink as well. The sink needed replaced, and Joe was great about finding one that would fit and getting it installed. The team was quick to respond to requests, and got me quickly scheduled. Joe is a very nice guy and I'll be calling him again if any other issues come up!

Our pressure dropped off, and within a day and a half, Joe was out to check out the problem. He found a fix, and had it installed the next morning. He's a good guy who knows what he's doing - he'll be back the next time something goes wrong for our plumbing.

We have used 2 Thumbs Up twice now and the service has been great. The second time, we called Joe on a Saturday and he was able to give us an estimate over the phone, and then came out right away. In addition to fixing our leak, he helped us finish up the entire plumbing portion of our remodel project. We were all set to buy a bunch of extra parts to fix one thing, until Joe went out to his truck and returned with the exact part we needed and had been told that we couldn't buy individually. He got everything fixed and set up, and ended up saving us a lot of time and headache. We will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber!

I recently found Joe, from 2 Thumbs Up, on Angie's List. All of the reviewers gave him an "A," and impressed me with their remarks concerning Joe. I certainly was not sorry I called him. He was very prompt at responding to my call and subsequently fixed a bad leak in my laundry room. He had to cut out several places in the sheetrock, but they have been expertly replaced and the wall looks as good as new. He then sold me a new Fury water heater to replace my very old one, and also a Nuvo H20 water softener to replace mine that uses salt. I think Joe's hourly cost is lower than most other plumbers. Joe is always very anxious to please, and he has a very nice personality.... He's a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done in their home.

I had a very small problem. The plumber came to the house, fixed the initial problem then asked if I would like him to check other plumbing items in the house. It was a free assessment. He did the assessment and pointed out a couple of things that need to be fixed, and told me they weren't an emergency item. His prices were fair and well within my ability to pay. I will definitely have him come back and fix the other items.

Being retired and on a fixed income we were happy to find a small plumbing shop that has great pricing. These hard working well rounded Plumbers and Remodelers are very efficient .
