I’ve known Leonard for over 10 years. First time I met him, my impression was that he was very personable, knowledgeable and sincere. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. We met many times over the course of a year and every time was the same. He helped me get Permanent residency not only for myself, but also my two children. When tough times happened, he stepped in and advised on a re- entry permit. I didn’t lose my PR status when we had to leave the country. Once we were able to return to the US, he was there again guiding us through the legal process.

When my daughter lost her PR and Nexus card in 2015, he was there again filling out forms and taking care of us. Even with his hectic schedule, he always replied either via text or call.
He got it replaced within a year. She was robbed of her wallet in 2017. I called Leonard straight away. With all the stress we were under, he reassured me that he was on it. He took the time to file all the paperwork to get her PR and Nexus card.
He will be processing my naturalization paperwork this year.
Leonard is honest and forthright. He’s intelligent and extremely through. Professional and an expert in his field. There’s no one else I would trust with my immigration issues. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I'm so glad that I contacted Len Saunders as I had almost given up the possibility of obtaining US citizenship. I had begun the process myself and after a 10 year wait was finally given an appointment at the US Consulate in Montreal, where I was turned down because my father, a US citizen, did not have a US address. While trying to sort that out, my father passed away. I called Len at that point to see if he could help and he was absolutely amazing! Using a little known widow clause, Len was able to get me a green card almost right away and even better, had ascertained that I had actually been eligible for US citizenship through both my mother and father and thus a US citizen all along. Once I was able to provide some supporting documentation, my US passport was issued just 2 months after having received my green card. And that is all down to Len. He's the best!

Len is extremely professional and really is an expert on all the US immigration laws. He was always very pleasant and courteous, took a great interest in my case and his fees were very reasonable, especially considering all the extra work he did on my case.

I was lucky enough to find Len and get his assistance with my family's immigration to the USA. I can not say enough good things about Len he has been my immigration attorney on several waivers going back 5 years after dealing with another attorney in Vancouver and being more then frustrated by the waiver process taking forever and him being part time I was fortunate enough to find Len thru a recommendation of a friend.

He answers every call every text and even the odd facebook message you will not meet a more professional attorney, then Len over the last 5 years any time I have had a problem day or night I know he will answer my call and come to the border in a flash to help out . I consider Len to be a friend and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Len Saunders appears to be a professional but once you pay, he walks away and won't respond to any emails or texts. After repeatedly asking for updates, the only response I found out was that he lost my file. That's 2 years and almost $10k of info. He has yet to return my calls and his dad Don won't assist. Do not pay upfront than maybe you won't get hosed. DO NOT TRUST LEN SAUNDERS!!

I found Len Saunders and the Immigration Law Firm in Blaine, WA back in 2011. By then, I had spent many thousands of dollars with unscrupulous lawyers and legal services promising my waiver but only wanting more fees. Len was a different experience right from the beginning. He was completely honest and blunt about my situation, and researched my case before he requested any money at all. By the time I sent my first (very reasonable) payment, he already knew and understood my situation and suggested a straightforward, cost-effective, relatively speedy and ultimately successful remedy for me. The other lawyers and services got thousands of dollars from me simply for taking my calls and spending time on the phone with me. Len has always gotten back to me quickly and worked honestly on my cases, as well as those of the several referrals I’ve sent his way over the years. In fact, everyone I know who has worked with him literally cannot believe that there would be anyone out there who might feel differently. Sure, anyone’s case might not go the way they want, but I can’t imagine that there would be a more qualified & honest person to resolve an immigration matter than Mr. Saunders. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these unscrupulous lawyers and services might have made some negative posts themselves. I give Len Saunders & his Immigration Law Firm my highest rating, and recommend them to anyone with a US border crossing issue.

Len Saunders was great to deal with. I was living in Vancouver and trying to relocate to Los Angeles. He really came through for me. Today I'm a green card holder and qualify for naturalization.

I totally agree with She-Ra2013. If you seek "Professional: legal immigration advice I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I certainly wish I did (long story). I am rating 1 star as there is no option for zero.

While Mr. Len Saunders was knowledgeable during our 10 minute phone consultation, I found his demeanor condescending and unprofessional at times. He's a bit aggressive and when he asked me rhetorical questions it felt as though he was speaking to an ignorant child rather than a potential client. I've dealt with other attorneys before who were courteous so I was offended by his rough personality and communication style.



Look elsewhere for representation if you can help it.

Knows what he's doing and does it!
