I have been going to Cheri for about 7 years and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else! She always listens to what I want and is never afraid to give me her opinion. She is so fun to be around, so my visits are always lots of fun. She really cares about her clients, which is hard to find these days. The new salon is fantastic and convenient!! I recommend KC Salon to all!!

Cheri has been cutting my hair for the better part of 10 years. She always delivers what i ask for. She and her staff are very professional, polite and accommodating. Also, her prices are comparable to other salons in the area.

I went to the salon on the recommendation of a dear friend. The first hair cut was amazing and I raved to all my friends about cheri, even getting a close friend to start going. My second hair cut I asked if we could make a small change and ended up with something I wasn't happy with. But i decided to give her one more chance. However, on the third visit I received probably the worst hair cut of my life. I even had a picture to go by, but ended up losing a majority of my hair. I couldn't believe it was happening, but as I saw it falling to the floor, there was nothing I could do. I am so very disappointed because that first hair cut was amazing. I will definitely not be going back and will make sure that I no longer rave about the service. Hopefully my hair will grow back quicker than I fear.

Everything was wonderful from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. Cheri made me feel as if we had known each other for years. She listened to my concerns, asked questions about what I was looking for, and then made suggestions. Not only did she give me a flattering cut for my face shape, she knew what type of cut would work for my hair type. She took time when she was styling it to show me exactly how to duplicate the look at home. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I have already recommended this salon to two of my friends and will continue to recommend it.

This is the 3rd or 4th time for me to go to Cheri at Kenneth Clayton. They take the time to ask me what I want, my lifestyle, my hair color...etc. Most importantly, She listens to me! I recommend them highly and have sent out of town friends to them because I knew they would not leave disappointed! Pleasant environment, pleasant employee's makes a Happy Customer! Just had a "girls night out" at Kenneth Clayton with my daughter and sister. After visiting another salon, we were thrilled to have Cheri "fix" our color and cuts. With all of life's daily stress, I love to have a little fun with my hair. I've never been disappointed at Kenneth Clayton. I have been jealous though! My sister (a new mom) needed a "pick me up" cut and walked out with a terrific short cut. It was soooo cute and just what she needed! While the jealousy edged me towards a shorter cut, the staff at Kenneth Clayton took time to talk to me about my specific hair type, shape face and what will work best. After they provide a knowledgeable consultation, they take time to listen and place the decision totally up to you.

The prices are reasonable and competitive, the quality of my haircut is consistently great (plus, they do a great job on my eyebrows) and they always take their time with me. Would highly recommend this salon. The staff and my stylist are excellent and the salon is very comfortable and relaxing.

I visited this salon. Not organized...overbearing...and WAY overpriced. HMMMMM....maybe a new salon owner should rethink their strategy!
