Terrible customer service and poor product backing I recently purchased a product from Ensley and was extremely disappointed in my experience. First, they sent me a defective, used product that was not what they claimed it was on the website. Second, I contacted customer service and they refused to stand by their product. They would not accept a return and have not responded to my emails or answer my calls after our first conversation. They have treated me very poorly and will not shop with them ever again.
