Fiesta Mexicana

I was very disappointed in Darrin, the man in charge. We had arrived to our hotel right next door and called (at 8:25) to find out how late they were opened. Medora informed us they were opened until 9. We got there at 8:35. The open sign was on but the door was locked. A customer walked out and we walked in. The man at the door informed us that they were closing early. We left but a few minutes later we saw a group of 4 get in. We called back as we were heading towards Famous Dave’s and were told they were opened until 9. I explained what Darrin had said and she insisted they were open until 9. We walked back but the door was locked and when we called Darrin informed us that the staff were misinformed and they were closing early. When I asked about the other 4 that were let in he said it was a mistake and they weren’t eating but had mistakenly been offered drinks. #sodisappointed #frustratedbypoorservice
