Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills

I was really disappointed with the quality of service from this business, especially considering the other ratings. I'm very pleased with my car, however my experience with the finance department was less than satisfactory. I found that they did not return phone calls and seemed to have difficulty following through with things they said. I had the car shipped to me, as I live in a different city and as an example, I asked for copies of documents that I signed, they said they would send them out that day, they were sent out four days later and there were only three papers included. If you've ever purchased a car, you know you sign many more papers than this.

Additionally when my car arrived, it arrived without the temporary registration slip that is usually taped to the windshield. In their defense, they did send it with the paperwork they sent me. I did try and contact them again once more last night and was told the finance person would return my call, big shocker I was not contacted.

The one person that I worked with who went above and beyond to communicate with me was Hadi. The unfortunate thing is since he wasn't my sales person he didn't receive direct commission from the sale. Even his great service is not enough for me to do business with Jim Falk Lexus again.
