Jasper Gardens Apartments

I recently moved here from California and I like these apartments Michelle is nice and very understandable I've been here almost 6 months and we haven't had any problems here other then the swimming pool not up and running but that's no biggie I have a membership with the YMCA so my family can go there to swim. I see it like this if u mind ur own business here than u won't have any problems

I'm so upset with this apartment complex. 1st let me just put this out here this apartment complex is going to crap so do not move here pretty soon everyone will be without a home that resigns here.@jaspergarden

As of now my apartment is in an unlivable condition and I have 3 kids. Im so stressed out I hate living here the office makes their own rules and changes so called "policy" every week I mean really every week something new changes like kids can't play outside without an adult. . since when couldn't kids play outside. .. But anyway this is my main problem I have been without a working toilet and shower/bath for 3 days I can't give my kids a bath for school we can't use our toilet my 2 years old has had several potty accidents because we have to go to the comer store to use the bathroom. I have reported this to maintenance/office and they haven't returned my calls. This makes me so sad more than anything that my daughter has to go to school without a shower.

I am new to this apartment complex (1 month) and my understanding is that section 8 would no longer be accepted, nor would anyone dealing or doing drugs. That assurance was one reason I decided to move into the complex, banking on the new manager's assurance they would be cleaning up the area. So far, the manger has been AWESOME! She responds quickly to all my text messages and is on the ball. I highly recommend this place, just upon the manger's professionalism. It is also very conveniently located. So far, I have been pleased. I am looking forward to things improving even more.

The new Managment here at Jasper Is trying to make changes to the property in doing so yes there is residents moving out . We are here to try and make this a great place to call home. We arfe excitied about the new roofs, updatting the parking lots and redoing our pool .

This place is a joke. Sure it's a new company but the customer service is worse then ever! I mean come on there's window units and a broke down pool. It is not worth the jacked up price! And the lady in the office thinks she's god. She has evicted ten of my neighbors. Which were all single working mom's that she put out on the street. Can't wait to get out of here. More of a dump then it was
