Farina's Banquet Center

My event August 31st, 2014 was a memorial luncheon for 50 guests. Our Buffet WAS SUPPOSE to include Unlimited pop or punch (Self Serve) and Coffee, Tea and Water (served to the table). Pop machine was not in proper working order...and was reported to management during our event by the server only when a guest asked to be served Iced Tea, and servers response was it would be an additional fee.....A Pitcher of tea was then placed out. The Server did serve water to the tables, but never offered coffee or tea to the guests. What kind of Service is that? Imagine a 3 1/2 hour venue with basically most guests having nothing but water. Management that day made no attempt to remedy the situation. There are several banquet rooms...They couldn't get soft drinks brought into our room in pitchers from another room? Really? I have contacted Farina's 3 times in the last two weeks and asked to talk with management and they have yet to return my calls. Besides that I am waiting on a refund check for $125.00 which I have NOT YET Received.



I was contacted by management today ~They did address my issues and compensated me appropriately~Thank you........

They do not help you in any way. They are all rude.

I RECENTLY HAD MY 50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY AT FARINAS, AND IT WAS GREAT. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND PIPING HOT AND THE WAIT STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I GOT A GENERAL GOOD FEELING FROM THE STAFF, THEY WERE VERY WELCOMING. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERY ONE AND ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO PLAN A PARTY, TO GO TO FARINAS, THERE GREAT.

I had my Bridal shower at Farina's Banquet Center and I was very much impressed with the food,staff and the facility. The room was set up beautiful. The food was great and the staff was very acommadating. I would recomend family and friends and anyone who is interested in having an event at Farinas.

farina's is a family owned and operated business and we got that feeling as soon as we walked in the door

the staff gave excellant service, the food was exceptional and we feel our wedding wouldn't have been the same anywhere else
